Cookie notice

1. What this notice covers
This notice describes the cookies and similar storage that Fisqoo places on your device when you use fisqoo.com or app.fisqoo.com. Fisqoo is a product of MAMO LABS LTD, company number SC903926, registered office Office 695, 18 Young St, Unit Lge, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4JB, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the choice stored in fisqoo_consent and of the first-party analytics event, when you allow that event. The privacy notice explains the rest of the personal data. This notice explains only what stays on the device, and the one first-party event that leaves it.
A banner on both hosts lets you accept optional analytics, keep only necessary storage, reject analytics, or open preferences and save a choice. Necessary storage does not wait for the banner, because the site cannot sign you in, remember a setting, or finish a security check without it. Analytics stays off until you accept it or switch it on in preferences. There is no marketing or advertising category, because we do not use advertising cookies.
A choice saved on fisqoo.com also applies on app.fisqoo.com, and the other way round. On those hosts the choice is stored in a cookie named fisqoo_consent with Domain=.fisqoo.com, Path=/, SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS, for about six months. The session cookie that keeps you signed in stays on the host that set it. It is not shared. On a local or other non-Fisqoo host we do not set a parent domain.
- Controller of this storage: MAMO LABS LTD, support@fisqoo.com.
- Banner: ours. We do not load a third-party consent script.
- Law: UK PECR, and the Italian and Spanish rules on terminal storage, for the version of the site you are using.
- Related documents: the privacy notice and the terms.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These items are required to provide a service you have asked for: signing in, remembering language, market and theme, finishing a bot check, or remembering that you already answered the banner. Consent is not required for strictly necessary storage. They stay on if you reject analytics or choose necessary only. Blocking them in the browser stops the related feature.
- Session cookie. Set by Fisqoo, on the host you signed in to only. Purpose: keep you signed in. Duration: 7 days by default, or 1 to 90 days if you change it in your profile, or until the browser closes if you choose that. Category: necessary. Not shared with app.fisqoo.com if you signed in on fisqoo.com, or the other way round.
- NEXT_LOCALE. Set by Fisqoo. Purpose: remember Italian, Spanish or English. Duration: about one year. Category: necessary.
- MARKET. Set by Fisqoo. Purpose: remember the Italy, Spain or UK site. Duration: about one year. Category: necessary.
- THEME and THEME_PUBLIC. Set by Fisqoo. Purpose: remember light or dark mode on the app and on the public site. Duration: about one year. Category: necessary.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Set by Cloudflare during signup, login and similar forms. Purpose: finish the bot check. Duration: set by Cloudflare for that check. Category: necessary, security, not advertising.
- fisqoo_consent. Set by Fisqoo. Purpose: store analytics on (v1.a1) or off (v1.a0). Duration: about 180 days. Category: necessary, so the banner does not ask on every page. On fisqoo.com and app.fisqoo.com it is shared across both hosts.
If an older host-only fisqoo_consent is still present, the next visit rewrites the choice onto .fisqoo.com and clears the host-only copy. If both copies exist and one of them has analytics on, analytics stays on. Any saved accept or reject is enough to hide the banner.
3. Analytics
Analytics is off until you press Accept, or you turn it on in preferences and save. Reject and Necessary only leave it off. You can switch it off later the same way. We do not sell browsing data and we do not build an advertising profile.
- Plausible. Set by us loading Plausible only after you allow analytics, and only if that tool is switched on for the site. Plausible does not set its own cookie. Purpose: count public page views and button events. Duration: no cookie. Category: analytics. Provider: Plausible Insights, in the EEA.
- First-party event. Set by Fisqoo, sent to our server only after you allow analytics. Purpose: page path, language, device type, referrer host and campaign parameters. Duration: not stored as a cookie on your device. Category: analytics.
The signed-in product does not use this analytics to read your clients’ invoices. Public-site measurement is separate from the account database described in the privacy notice.
4. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not load a third-party script to show this banner. We do not share the analytics choice with an ad network.
- Google Calendar or Drive, only if you connect them, may set cookies on Google’s domains under Google’s notice.
- WhatsApp, only if you connect a number, is Meta’s service under Meta’s notice.
- Stripe Checkout, when you pay, is Stripe’s page under Stripe’s notice.
Those cookies are not set by this banner and they are not necessary cookies of Fisqoo. Closing the provider’s window does not change fisqoo_consent.
5. How to refuse
On the banner, Accept turns analytics on. Necessary only and Reject leave analytics off and store that refusal. Preferences lets you switch analytics and then save. Doing nothing leaves analytics off, and the banner can show again until a choice is stored.
You can change the choice later from the cookie icon, from Cookie preferences in the footer, or from the control on this page. The new choice replaces the previous one on both fisqoo.com and app.fisqoo.com. Clearing site data in the browser deletes the choice, and the banner can ask again.
If the browser blocks every cookie, the session cookie is blocked too, so you cannot stay signed in. Language, market and theme may reset on each visit. The bot check on signup or login may fail. You can still read the public pages that do not need a session. Questions: support@fisqoo.com.
