For accountants and firms
Client list, VAT quarter and a pack of Excel plus invoice and expense PDFs. Share the link from the portal: the client signs up and chooses the plan.
The portal opens for the firm. Inside are your clients, their invoices, their expenses and the period pack. From there you share the signup link.
People who arrive from your link sign up and pick Starter or Pro. If they already use Fisqoo, they connect you from their profile and join the list.
Open a client and you are on the same period you use for the return: issued invoices, expenses, closed periods and the pack to download.
Overdue amounts, open invoices, expenses and closed periods show before the detail. You open the client knowing where to look.
Invoices follow the issue date, expenses the document date. Pick the quarter and stay on the VAT period.
Download the Excel summary and a ZIP of invoice and expense PDFs for the quarter you selected. The same pack the client can prepare from their account.
You update the category on the client's expense. They get a notice with the firm name and what changed. Amount, date and supplier stay as on the invoice.
The firm link lives in the portal. You share it. The client chooses to sign up and which plan. They then show on your client list.
Closed periods show on the card. New work stays on the quarter that is still open, with the invoices and expenses of those dates.
The year and quarter filter is the one you use in the firm: one period for invoices, the same period for expenses, each with the right date.
The quarter includes invoices issued in those months. Open the detail, read the net, VAT and status, and find the same files in the PDF zip.
Expenses follow the date on the supplier invoice. The quarter of costs matches the documents you review, and the Excel sheet in the pack.
The pack is the same one the client can build from their account. The firm opens it from the portal, for the period you picked.
A summary of the quarter's invoices and expenses, ready to read before you open the individual PDFs.
PDFs of issued invoices and expenses, in one archive. Useful for review and for the firm's file.
Issue dates and document dates stay on the quarter you selected, so the pack lines up with the VAT period. MTD submissions stay with approved software; the portal keeps those same figures in one place for the accountant.
Yes. The firm enters its own portal with access included. From there you invite clients. The client chooses the signup and the plan, Starter or Pro.
Share the firm link. The client signs up from that link and chooses the plan. If they already have a Fisqoo account, they connect you from their profile.
An Excel summary and a ZIP of invoice and expense PDFs for the period you selected. The same files the client has in their account.
You can update the category. In Spain, on a vehicle expense, you can leave the share at 100% or 50%. The client is notified. Amount, date, supplier and file stay as recorded.
Leave the firm name, email and country. We write with the link to choose a password and accept the portal terms. Then you share the link with clients.
